[LIBR 246-11 - A Web 2.0 learning community] PB wiki vs. Wetpaint: So, I played with both PB Wiki and Wetpaint for this week's assignment, and eventually went with wetpaint. I initially like the simplicity of PB Wiki, but Wetpaint's skins and templates (I used one for creating a music fan page) won me over. I think wetpaint's interface is more visually appealing, at least to me.

[LIBR 246-11 - A Web 2.0 learning community] Creating a wiki was a new experience, something I hadn't done previously in class or at the library where I work. For me it was harder choosing a topic and deciding what to say than putting it online, since I chose a fairly straightforward format. The WetPaint instructions suggested using links often, so I decided to add a menu at the bottom of each page. Of course that would have to be changed if new pages (as opposed to entries on each page) were added, but I thought it made the wiki navigation seem very clear.
