[Cool Cat Teacher Blog] Any wiki tool that develops some of these features will surely rise to the top of the list. The Jot wiki is developing lots of add'l functionality, but not these items and they seem to be moving away from the free model to the pay model, at least if you want to get their value-added tools or have more than just a few authors.
