Rhode Islanders are fiercely independent and vigilant protectors of their rights, freedoms and history, and while I believe they feel a responsibility to allow the Tribe the opportunity to improve its financial and social position, I suspect Rhode Islanders will tell the Assembly and Harrah’s to keep their greedy, money-grubbing hands off of their constitution.
