[goskar.com] A number of Apple Mac wikis appear to be cropping up. The first one that I came across is Wikitosh which hopes to be a repository for everything you ever wanted to know about the Apple Mac platform, from todays Macs and OSX, back to information about machines from days gone by (computer archaeology?!)

[bill stevenson dot org] Up for Air: My slow but sure retirement from ACM Crossroads is progressing slowly but surely :) I set up a wiki where I am dumping all sorts of information relevant to how my replacement can do my job, and how others can train themselves. Wikis are very useful, and I am considering adding one to my blog somehow - basically, it is an easy to edit webpage that can be modified by anyone (customizable of course) who can connect to the page on the internet.
[Tuaw.com] The Unofficial Apple Weblog (TUAW): Zwiki mostly uses Zope's "structured text", which is at once brilliant and really stupid. (It uses indentation to an insane degree, with results that are elegant but brittle, especially for web-form-based editing.) Zwiki also *almost* but not really does other forms of markup, like Restructured Text (which is very smart and powerful in its full version) and MoinMoin markup.
[Blog.scienceofspectroscopy.info] Using Wiki in Education: The simple, stunningly beautiful device holds true to something Steve Jobs said about the first Mac, “Everything about it had to be compelling yet immediately familiar.” If the iPod built a familiar relationship with the user, then one might argue iTunes gave the two of them common ground on which to base the relationship - it changed the way people thought about downloading music by providing an easy to use source of what people want, and appealed to their sense of fairness by letting them choose to download only the songs they want, and charging a per song price that provides artists with a fair return for their work.
