Why sue Wikipedia?
[Gabbahead] Tron, and a spokesperson from the German hacker organization Chaos Computer Club, acting on his own behalf, are suing the Wikipedia Foundation to remove Floricic’s full name from the entries about him. The action is futile from the start: the hacker’s name has apparently been splashed all over German newspapers and it’s not hard to get the information somewhere else.

[netzpolitik.org: Aktuelle Berichterstattung rund um die politischen Themen der Informationsgesellschaft.] Sein Buch “We the media” ist lesenswert, allerdings hab ich ihn auf einer Podiumsdiskussion rund um das Thema “Citizen Journalism” auf dem WSIS in Tunesien live gesehen und war danach enttäuscht. Ausser einigen belanglosen Thesen, die mittlerweile jeder Blogger aufzählen konnte, hatte er nicht viel zu sagen.
