[NickStarr.com : Nick Starr dot com] So how about this Flickr, as of 1pm EST today there will be no ads on the site; however, if you would allow simple Google ads, which you have used on your site up until recently when Yahoo contextual ads seem to of taken over, it would be seen a king gesture.

Since when was Wikipedia Web2.0?

:Ben Metcalfe Blog[:Ben Metcalfe Blog] I know there still isn’t really a conclusive description of what Web2.0 actually is, but in my mind it exists at a computer-to-computer level. Getting your script or application to read/write to another online application, etc.

a better wikipedia will require a better conversation

if:book[if:book] There's an interesting discussion going on right now under Kim's Wikibooks post about how an open source model might be made to work for the creation of authoritative knowledge -- textbooks, encyclopedias etc. A couple of weeks ago there was some dicussion here about an article that, among other things, took some rather cheap shots at Wikipedia, quoting (very selectively) a couple of shoddy passages.
